I checked the reviews out of curiosity – I bought a Proctor Silex-3 Easy Mix around 1975 and it remains the only mixer I use (along with my food processor). I kept it in the original box through all of my moves because the box includes phone numbers to call for any issues, and I continue to be amazed at what a workhorse it has been for me, through three children who loved to cook. This random review is not connected to any promotion – in fact, I have no reason ever to part with this. Often newer products do not hold up as well – but nothing beats this!
